10 minute booty burn workout
Shape and lift your booty with me without having to leave your living room. No equipment is needed for this one, except for a mat. Get ready to pulse, and feel the burn! Your legs and booty will burn so good for the next few days after this workout. I’m all about getting the most out of my workouts in the smallest amount of time. So instead of walking on the treadmill for an hour, I’d much rather crank up the intensity and burn the same amount of calories within 10 minutes. This workout does exactly that by combining cardiovascular with fat burning and muscle toning elements. I workout almost everyday so I didn’t expect my legs to be burning as much as they did for the following two days but they sure did.
This 10 minute booty workout starts with a quick warm up of pulsing lunges and leads into some intense cardio style jumping. After the first 3 and a half minutes you’ll be shaking – but the good kind of shaking that gives you results. After the first 4 minutes you get a small break to grab your mat and finish off with booty exercises on the floor that are sure to sculpt your buns right into shape. What I love about this style of working out is each move only lasts 30 seconds and nothing is repeated so you won’t get bored.
