“Class Members include all U.S. residents who bought UMTS, CDMA (including CDMAone and cdma2000) and/or LTE cell phones for personal use since Feb. 11, 2011. If you were provided with one of these phones with CDMA and LTE technologies from a wireless operator such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Sprint, you are considered a Class Member. Class phones were manufactured and sold by companies such as Apple, Samsung, LG, Motorola, and ZTE.”
